When your relationship with yourself is in poor health, it affects your self-esteem, your mental health, your relationships, your professional and academic capabilities, and more.

The Self Care SOS Recovery Program teaches persons recovering from trauma and codependency how to break up with the toxic relationship they have learned to have with themselves, showing them how to understand and honor their needs and desires, so they can experience and maintain the love and respect they crave in their everyday lives.

Life-Changing Self Care extends beyond massages, bubbles, and new gadgets.
