HEALTHIER PLACE, PLLC
Not all therapy is executed equally—
Such a significant contributing factor to how well your experience goes and how effective it shows itself to be in your life right now and into the future is how your therapy is executed. Hopefully, we see the problem here.

You’re not responsible to know these things or make sure they’re in place or not in place. However, many incredibly common culprits, like provider burnout or ignorance around the latest information out, can compromise the quality of your care before you even realize it.
Many patients experience this negative impact on their care but instead simply think, “that therapy stuff just doesn’t work” or “just doesn’t work fast enough”. Worse, many are significantly harmed by the therapeutic process, leaving wounded with their original distress complicated (and not for the better) by the treatment itself, usually swearing off treatment altogether.
If that’s you, I’m sorry you experienced that.
Often, we then begin to, what I like to call, “cycle”: experiencing a pattern of the same problems, showing up over and over again, and progressively getting worse as the person gets closer and closer to overwhelm or crisis.
This is why Management to Mastery was cultivated—to fill this breach of both understanding and the practice of treatment.
We do this through our commitment to the TRP Trifecta below.
TRANSPARENCY
Don’t you hate when therapists do that thing where they act like they’re listening and then tell you what’s really on their mind anyway? Or when they’re so uptight it’s like you can’t even get into it or relax? Or when you feel like they’re holding back and you’re wondering what they’re typing/writing? Yeah, us too—we make a commitment to be clinically transparent with our patients, because we really do believe that patient-centered, trust-based care is best.
REFLECTIVE
PSYCHOEDUCATION
Up to date (we are on our game for you!), evidence-based, and trauma-informed education given every step of the way, so you always know what’s working and why—and how to facilitate it in your life, your way.
PREPARATION
Through our transparency, psychoeducation, and best-practice standard of care, we teach and prepare you actively (we’ll be getting lots of real life practice in!) to maintain your mastery into the future, knowing how and when to reach out to another provider for additional support.
OUR COMMITTMENT: THE TRP TRIFECTA
The landscape of healthcare is changing…
Many of us have decided that just getting by just won’t do anymore.
Social Media, Online Learning, A.I., and behavioral health today…
Our Stance:
Whether you’re learning a lot online or in the literature, tuning into new podcasts, or exploring AI, a big part of care that’s prepared to support you in the modern age is a provider who’s willing to come alongside you and help you evaluate and understand what you’re learning—not get annoyed or intimidated that you’re hungry to reach your personal and behavioral health goals. Instead of holding you back or being stuck in the past, we teach and support you while helping you process through and resolve wounds and barriers that try to get in your way.
